Prepare for the Journey In Skardu

Take in the beauty of Skardu’s lush valleys, rivers, and towering mountains. Alternatively, drive from Chilas to Skardu, witnessing stunning landscapes along the way. Spend the night in a comfortable hotel.

Drive to Askole

Drive to Askole, a remote village surrounded by majestic peaks and serene rivers. Begin to feel the pull of the wild as you leave the paved roads behind, heading deeper into the Karakoram.

Trek to Jhola

Begin your trek towards Jhola, passing through rugged terrain, creeks, and lush greenery. The scenery is a blend of towering peaks, rivers, and alpine landscapes, with each step revealing more of the Karakoram’s beauty.

Trek to Paiyu

Today’s trek leads to Paiyu, offering panoramic views of distant mountain ranges and crystal-clear or muddy streams. The route is dotted with rocky paths and the sound of rushing water, making it a truly serene experience.

Day at Paiyu

A day to rest at Paiyu, surrounded by towering peaks and glacial rivers. Explore the area or simply relax while soaking in the mesmerizing mountain vistas.

Trek to Khuburtze

Trek to Khuburtze, where the views of the surrounding glaciers and mountains are absolutely stunning. The path takes you through rocky terrain, with crystal-clear streams and alpine meadows along the way.

Trek to Urdukas

Continue your journey to Urdukas, a location offering a breathtaking view of the Karakoram Range. Marvel at the glaciers and high-altitude creeks that punctuate the landscape as you move closer to the high mountains.

Trek to Goro II

Trek onwards to Goro II, where towering peaks and immense glaciers dominate the horizon. The peaceful environment is filled with the sound of creeks flowing and the crunch of glaciers underfoot.

Trek to Concordia

A free day at Concordia, allowing you to explore the area further or simply relax and take in the spectacular surroundings, including stunning views of K2 and the surrounding glaciers.

Trek to Shagring

Begin your trek back, heading towards Shagring. The path offers sweeping views of towering glaciers, alpine rivers, and rugged terrain, immersing you in the untouched beauty of the Karakoram.

Trek to Gasherbrum / K2 BC

Today, trek to Gasherbrum Base Camp, a spot offering magnificent views of the Gasherbrum peaks and the surrounding glaciers. The stillness and grandeur of the area make it one of the most memorable stops on the trek.
