Step 1: Complete Your User Account Details
Start by entering your personal details, by clicking on Start Service Account Make Sure Following Fields are completed
Person Name or Bussiness Name, Email Address, Phone NumberNOTE: Please enter active communication mean
Once completed, click Next to proceed.
Step 2: Enter Your Service and Address Details
Fill out the following fields:
- Service Category: Specify the category of your service, such as "Hoteling & Resort" or "Travel Management Company" and "Tour Guide Services".
- Address Details: Provide accurate location details, including:
- Address Line One
- Street
- City
- Postal Code
- Province or State
- Country
- Profile Biography: Add a short description about yourself or your business.
Step 3: Select Service Type
Based on the selected service category, you will proceed to a specific flow:
- If you select Hoteling & Resort Service , you will fill out:
- Property Type: Specify the type of property being listed, such as a hotel, resort, or guesthouse.
- Number of Rooms: Indicate the total number of bedrooms available on the property.
- Amenities: List the amenities offered, such as WiFi, parking, and swimming pool.
- Environment: Describe the environment where the property is located (e.g., urban, beachfront, mountainous).
- Security Features: Highlight the security features, such as CCTV, guards, or keycard access, to ensure guest safety.

- Years of Operation: Indicate how old your company is.
- Services Offered: Specify the types of services your business provides, such as cultural tours, corporate trips, or adventure packages.

- Years of Experience: Specify how long you have worked as a tour guide.
- Types of Trips: Select the types of trips you offer, such as cultural tours, adventure tours, etc.
- Languages: Indicate the languages you are fluent in to assist diverse clients.
Step 4: Provide Detailed Property Information
For Hoteling & Resort Services, you’ll need to provide:
- Property Type: Select the type of property you are listing.
- Number of Rooms: Specify the number of rooms available.
- Amenities: List amenities such as WiFi, Parking, etc.
- Environment: Describe the property’s environment (e.g., urban, beachfront).
- Security Features: Highlight safety measures like CCTV, guards, etc.

- Room Title: Name of the room (e.g., Deluxe Room).
- Max Guests: Maximum number of guests allowed.

- Number of Available Rooms: Number of rooms currently available for booking.

- You can offer discounts for each room separately.
- Go to 'Accounts' and then switch to your service account.
- Click on the 'Room Management' tab, which will show all your rooms.
How do I edit room details?
To edit the room details, follow these steps:
- Go to the 'Service Accounts' section.
- Find the room you want to edit (e.g., 'Deluxe Room').
- Edit the fields such as Room Title, Price per Night, Max Guests, and Discounts.
- Upload new images for the room if necessary. Ensure images are of high quality and do not exceed 5MB.
- Click 'Save' to update the room details.
